The seller can see it, not touch it. It is released when you confirm, or on its own 2 hours after delivery is marked if you say nothing.

Only someone who bought and completed the order can review.

Stars can't be manufactured. Every review is tied to an order whose payment was released.

If it doesn't arrive, you upload screenshots and a moderator decides.

The order chat is evidence. The refund lands in your balance instantly, with no bank in the middle.

Buyers never pay a fee. Ever.

The fee is paid by the seller and drops with volume over the last 30 days. The more they sell, the less they pay: from 8 % down to 3 %.

What everybody asks

What if the seller doesn't deliver?

The money doesn't move. You open the dispute, upload your screenshots and a moderator decides. If there was no delivery, you get refunded.

How long does a refund take?

No wait at all: it lands in your Stashhaven balance instantly and you spend it on your next purchase. That balance isn't withdrawable on its own; if you need it out of the site, support handles it case by case.

Can I get banned from the game?

It's a real risk and it depends on the game. Titles whose publisher goes after real-money trading carry a visible warning on their page. We are not going to hide it from you.

How do I get paid as a seller?

When the buyer confirms, the amount moves to your available balance and you withdraw it through the method you set up. Before that you can see it, not touch it.
