Do I pay a fee? No. Sellers pay 8% falling to 3% by volume. Buyers pay nothing on top of the listed price.
What if it doesn't arrive? Refunded. If there's a disagreement, the order goes to a dispute and the evidence is reviewed.
What if I forget to confirm? For currency, if you neither confirm nor open a dispute, the payment auto-releases 2 hours after the seller marks it delivered. That window is set by the category, not by the seller.
